Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and deposit

A booking is confirmed once the deposit of 50$ has been received. The deposit goes towards the total price of the photoshoot. Until the deposit is paid, the requested date and time remain available to other clients.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due after the photoshoot, before the delivery of the edited photographs. Accepted payment methods are Zelle, Venmo and bank transfer.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time. In case of bad weather for outdoor sessions, the session is rescheduled to the next convenient date at no cost. If a booking is cancelled by the client less than 48 hours before the session, the deposit is not refunded.

4. Delivery of photographs

Edited photographs are delivered via a private online gallery, normally within 2–3 weeks after the session. Weddings and large events may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance. RAW (unedited) files are not delivered.

5. Editing and style

Editing is an essential part of the photographic work and is performed in the photographer's signature style. Additional photographs from the session gallery may be ordered for editing for an additional fee per photo.

6. Image use and privacy

Photographs are shared in the photographer's gallery and social media only with the client's explicit consent, which can be given or withheld in the booking form. The client receives a personal, non-commercial usage licence for the delivered photographs.

7. Copyright

In accordance with United States copyright law, the photographer retains the copyright to all created images. Clients may print and share their photographs for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written agreement.

8. Liability

In the unlikely event that the photographer cannot attend the session due to illness or force majeure, a new date will be offered or the deposit fully refunded. The photographer's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

9. Travel

Sessions within the Irving area are included in the price. For locations elsewhere in Texas, a travel fee may apply and will always be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
